Recruitment Process

An overview of the talent acquisition process at arc


We use various channels to invite the most suitable people for positions at arc. Whether you've reached here via a recruitment agency, a friend, this website or a campus recruitment drive, this is where you tell us what you bring to the table, and where you see yourself fitting in.

Your application blank should contain precise details of your work history, education, qualifications and skills and why you think you would be a good fit for it.

If your skills and interests match our needs, we will invite you for a personal interview.


Your first interview will typically be with a member of our talent acquisition team, and is predominantly to determine your suitability to arc and discuss your areas of interest. Subsequent interviews will follow if we believe your profile matches an available position.

The discussions with you will aim at gathering critical insights into your capabilities and overall profile.

Background checks

Towards the end of the process, we ask for references with whom we may get in touch for subjective reference checks. Please note that we do not contact referees without your permission.


If the interviews prove that you are a good fit for arc, we will extend a formal, written offer of employment, which will require your acceptance in writing.
